Avocado on Toast
Avocado on toast is a simple, but genius snack I recently discovered. I like it for breakfast. Heck, I like it any time. We're talkin' healthy and delicious. The good fats,* yo!
Mash avocado and add lemon or lime juice and one or more of the following: onion, chopped tomato, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. If you are really feeling frisky, throw in some pickled jalapeños. Spread it on toast and eat. It's that simple!
